You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll make it right.

Return Requirements:

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number)
  • Request made within 90 days of delivery

How to Start Your Return

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for your return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps including our return address if a physical return is required.
  4. Package your items securely if a return shipment is needed.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refund processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 additional business days
  • A confirmation email is sent once your refund is issued

Your refund includes:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping cost (if the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (if the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Found an issue with your order? We’re here to help:

  • Document any damage or defect with photos

  • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

We’ll expedite a replacement or process an immediate refund for damaged or incorrect items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be refunded:
